A Journey That Chose Me

Growing up in a large joint family, Neha was always known as the most emotionally sensitive one. While life around her was full of energy and noise, her inner world was deeper — observing, feeling, and understanding emotions more intensely than most.

With this sensitivity came a natural curiosity to understand life — why we feel, why we struggle, and what truly brings peace.

Marriage and travel opened new perspectives. Meeting different people and experiencing diverse environments allowed her to observe human emotions closely, shaping a deeper understanding of behavior and inner patterns.

Then came a life-changing phase — motherhood. While the birth of her first daughter brought joy, her second daughter’s condition became a turning point that reshaped everything.

What could have been seen as a setback slowly revealed itself as a path toward growth and deeper awareness. Her daughter became her greatest teacher, guiding her toward understanding the connection between emotions, healing, and the body.

This journey led her to explore healing practices like Reiki and eventually pursue formal counselling and psychotherapy.

At the age of 38, she made a conscious decision to step into this path professionally — combining life experience, emotional depth, and structured knowledge to help others find clarity, strength, and direction.
